How are your products made?
All of the artwork you’ve seen in our shop is completely original and designed by me!
To make sure I can spend most of my time creating new designs, I partner with high-quality production team that handles the of printing and shipping. Your items are made to order just for you and shipped directly from their facilities under my brand.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.
What if my package never arrives?
If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if it is deemed lost.
Please note: We cannot replace packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy
Every item is made just for you when you order, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or a change of heart. Please check our size chart before ordering — reach out if you’re between sizes and we’re happy to help you pick.
If there are other issues with your order, We’ll make it right — free of charge. Email us at shop@appetiteapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you.
